Not sure if this is the right area for this but didn't think it fit anywhere else.
Anyway, doc gave me b12 to inject but I have no info on dosage or how often. Can't seem to find anything online which gives a clear answer.
Just looking for the right info.

It will say so on prescription bottle. If not, call doctor so that you follow his protocol and not anyone else's.

did the B-12 come from the pharmacy

I take B12 with Lipotropic blend I take 1ml every 72 hrs.
