Sup everybody. 18 and natty and not looking to start any cycles anytime soon. I will eventually sometime down the road as my goal physique is not obtainable naturally, but I don't have the lifting experience and knowledge I'd like to have before I start getting into AAS.
A little about me I guess is I'm a college student and I started out at a 136lb skinny fat and I'm now 156 11-12% bf after just a little over a year of lifting. I only started getting serious about my diet several months ago and really made this account because I got tired of being a lurker in the nutrition section and I'm hitting some plateaus and want to finally ask some questions lol
