Hey everybody, been checking out these forums for awhile and decided to make an account, why not right?
I am 100% natty and plan to stay that way until I am older and have soaked in enough knowledge about AAS and proper nutrition.
Stats
- Been training now for 4 years fairly consistently, active in sports all of my life.
- Currently 6'1, 195lbs
Just started taking creatine 5 months ago, previously just supplemented with whey protein.
Max Bench: 285lbs
Max Squat: 365lbs
Max Deadlift: 285lbs
Looking forward to browse the forums and obtain as much knowledge as possible in all aspects of bodybuilding.
