Hey everyone,
would love some guidance. Workouts are solid, so I'm not concerned about those. What supplements would you recommend for a female who wants to get more built. I've used anavar, winny, eq, clen before.. what stack would you recommend to someone who works out 5-6 days a week.
I count macros, eat the usual diet food like lean chicken breasts, egg whites, sometimes white fish or salmon. carbs are either brown rice or steelcut porridge oats. protein powder. I've also competed in bikini and done professional photoshoots that I've treated like contest prep and did 16 week prep cycles. but i want to get jacked, as in more muscle, more built. i don't want to look like a man and like looking feminine.
