Interested in trying roids for the first time, need advice.

I'v never tried roids, but do wanna get into safely. I work out 5 days a week, every 8 weeks I alternate between weight circuits and regular lifting.

I am 5'7, 150 pounds, eating about 2000 calories a day. I am about 18 percent body fat and wanna get down to 11-13 for now within the next 6 months. I am not sure whats the best out there, but Trenbolone seems to be the most popular.

    What can you guys suggest?

    Thanks

NOOOOO! You definately do not want to do Tren first. Besides all the reasons you will hear shortly, you do not want to start with Tren. In my opinion, when everything else is in order, anyone should try Test first. From there, if all goes well, you can add additional compounds to see how your body reacts. But no one on here will suggest Tren as a first go at AS.

    Hi

If you take steroids and not eating to grow you will only gain some water weight which you will loose when you come off. Steroids are not magic. Eating food and training corectly is the key.

Its what you eat man. That determines your growth. No way you have worse genetics than mine. Food can fix anything. Im a firm believer in hardcore training and force feeding. Stick around and read up here on the forum

Read diet and nutrition section. Up your calories through clean eating and learn more through the training section. Which will include cardio.

by eating clean, should i reduce my carb intake to like 50 grams or less a day. i've heard a lot about ketosis. is that really recommended?

Personally i would not recommend Atkins type diet. You would need to start with even less than 50 gms carb a day prob around 20. If you put bod yfat on when upping calories, i am betting your training regimen, strength and cardio are not up to par. Most likely you are not strength training correctly or intense enough to build muscle tissue and probably not doing enough cardio. The body going into ketosis will hinder your ability to train properly.
Basics are to cut out all breads, white sugar, pasta and boxed or canned foods other than tuna and nuts.
You need quality calories to train properly to put on muscle mass. The more muscle mass you have the better your metabolism will work.
Mild carbs for breakfast like steel cut oats along with 4 whole eggs. i usually eat around 5 or 6. Prob half cup oats,
Snack straight whey isolate protein with water and frozen blueberries, no juices or milk.
Lunch Protein as in chick breast, tuna, flank steak, cup brown rice, greens of some type.
Snack handful nuts or couple hard boiled eggs.
Dinner protein source and greens, no carbs.
This is what works for me.
This is not a competition diet, but it is livable and workable, tweak proteins and some carbs. Compare with what you eat now and i bet your pretty different from this.
Usually i have my clients write down what they eat for a week to see and show them why things are not working.
quality calories to fuel body and train properly lower carbohydrates throughout day and cut them at night.
You can play with that, but i say get your training and diet going properly while getting bf down and adding muscle.
Then start cycle while you are up and running, rather than experiment with diet and training while on cycle.
Biggest problem i see as a trainer when working with people that have been working out and working with trainers in past is they think they know how to train and diet.
    No progress means somethings wrong.
I do not compete, but i do not fluctuate a lot going up and down and train consistently without lay-offs for weeks , months or years.
That's more than i planned on typing, lol, so you need to read up and get some knowledge. Look hard through the diet and nutrition section and read other experiences and what has worked for some.
WRITE DOWN EVERYTHING YOU EAT FOR A WEEK! Don't leave out the snacking junk. You want to lose bodyfat and put on muscle, so learn how to eat protein.
Good luck and keep plugging away, it's not easy and requires discipline, but pay off is worth it.

Google 'Mark Rippetoe Starting Strength' someone close to me put on 15KG naturally over ~10months following this.

I went from 1500cal (sick) back to 3000cal and I gained muscle without much training. Food is kinda important for natural hormone regulation and muscle growth.

Quit the excuses. Eat, train, sleep.

@ yakuza i just noticed you do circuit training for 8 weeks. I would definitely dump that. Your not really going to put on any muscle doing that. If i would have looked at that i would have added more food to your diet. lol -
You're not expanding enough energy to burn many calories with circuit. I have the similar type of situation as far as eating more and putting bodyfat on. It got much tougher as i aged. When i would diet, i would lose muscle. When you get past 50's your face starts looking bad. The eating lots of protien and cutting carbs at night was big help for me. You really need to learn how to train. Marcus has some training methods i believe in his diary. When you work your body hard, and tear down the muscles, you will crave quality protein, carbs and fats. Personally i eat a big variety of protein, beef, once in awhile pork chops cutting of any excess fat, whole chicken, chicken breast, beef patties, lots of eggs, they are great source of protein and don't be afraid to eat eggs for dinner. I like fish, but hate to cook it so i don't eat it often unless i am out. But my shelves are stocked with tuna. I use tuna as a snack, also hard boiled eggs and natural peanut butter.
Food can make your body look different in a day. Seriously...
Being lazy i keep lots of raw mixed vegetables around and just eat them raw. It's work, but once you get you're body at a certain level, you will not want to go backwards.
I just googled Mark Rippetoe Starting Strength, looks like he has books etc. I think i'll take a look, it's hard to believe he went from this to the older version. I'm around 56 in my Avi and now 59. I try not to change much.
    He looked like an animal.

thanks for getting back to me. so just to give you a better idea of what I am doing on a daily basis.
I usually work one muscle group a day, for about 45 minutes. so for chest I'll do things like dips, bench press, cable rows, barbell press, there also like hoist machines i use.
I'll then run for 30 min, usually burns around 300 calories
my eating plan for now I i am doing is 200 grams of brown rice which is about 740 calories and 140 grams of carbs (though I might only do half of this). 2 chicken breasts, 1 or two steak sirloin or eye round. sometimes i'll sub a 100 grams of rice with 50 grams of almonds, which is about 300 calories. and a salmon which is about 150 calories. I am getting over 120 grams of protein a day. to be honest. my biceps and chest have seen some progress but my lower chest is not developing. my back has developed a bit and my thighs and calves also. but since I've been lifting from last feb i would say i've seen only a 15% increase in muscle but I could be wrong. it could be less than that. so ya, that's what I am doing for now. feel free to critique

I've done ketotis before and lost the weight i need it. I know you can't gain muscle and lose fat at the same time due to calorie demands. I was 250 and no I weight 150 but I still have a belly to a degree that I wanna get rid of as well while I put on more muscle.

Btw, what's your opinion on the up and down diet? (say 3000 calories for a day or two, then drop to 2500 calories and then back up to 3000 calories again and repeat) ive heard a lot about that too. thanks for all your feedback.

Welcome, I know I don’t know you but am 100% positive your problem is not in anyways your genes. Now you should be very relieved, I just solved that problem for you and you never need to think about it or say it again. I would stay far away from the sauce for a few years, though stay very close to this site. Especially the nutrition section this is where you main problem is. Learning how to eat is tough and can really be a pain in the ass. It took me years to really understand what I was doing right and wrong. While learning all about how to eat change your routine because I don’t care what you’re eating (for the most part) you should be much bigger. So train hard and new and eat right I guarantee if these things change you will be seeing a major difference. Good luck
