Note before reading the following:
I understand that this information is most likely available elsewhere. Here are the two reasons I'm asking this question here:
1) I trust the guidance of several of the members here over some unknown source with unknown motivation behind their claims.
2) I am looking to establish my own knowledge, and this is the only way for me to be a part of this community at this time.
The Question:(two part)
What are the best exercises to build an upper chest? What muscles am I looking to force resistance against?
Background Information:
I have a "long" chest. The area stretching downward from my clavicle to my nipples seems to just be empty and void of any muscle.
I look at other men's physiques and I struggle to see how I even have a trace of this, almost, slab of muscle in this area.
As always, thank you for your advice and responses!
