    Refrigerating sweet corn and mash?

So, I want to get back on my old high calorie diet of steak, mashed potatoes, and sweet corn for lunch and dinner. Right now I eat chocked and rice for those meals, and I like to cook on Sundays for the whole week. Would I be able to refrigerate the new meal and warm it up in the microwave at work without it tasting gross or going bad from sitting in the fridge? If not, what other options do I have if I want to keep this meal?

    Thanks a lot!

Hmm...never thought about it. Do you think the cream corn will taste alright after it's been cooked, then frozen, then microwaved again?

Chuck the corn off the stock and and simmer with some light cream and butter for about 5 mins. Pour out onto a cookie sheet and let cool to room temp. Put in freezer bags and G2G. Key is to let cool completely b4 bagging.
