    Dem' wheels....

    Taken this morning (not leg day). Nothing great, but making progress, so I'm happy:

    **edit** figured I'd add in the upper body pics for the hell of it, so you have pretty much the full picture. 5'10, 211-215lbs, ~15%.

    What day of the week is it!?

    Right now, I'm deloading (2nd week). Next week I'll be starting a GVT routine which, for legs, will look something like:

    Squats - 10x10
    Lying Leg Curls - 5x10
    Calve Raise - 5x10-15

    Prior to my deload, I was running the Layne Norton Power/Hypertrophy split routine, which looked like (for legs):

    Monday (power day, all @ 5RM):
    Squats - 4x5
    Deadlift - 4x5
    Calve Press - 4x5

    Thursday (hypertrophy day, all @ 10RM):
    Leg Press - 3x10
    Hack Squat - 3x10
    Lying Ham Curl - 3x10
    Seated Ham Curl - 3x10
    Standing Calve Raise - 3x10
    Seated Calve Raise - 3x10

    Thanks big fella! lol @ the training... yea, I know your feelings on this, and trust me I still have handy the routine you wrote out for me. Your time and efforts haven't gone to waste, the time just isn't right... yet.

    Glad to hear I'm not the only guy who refuses to shave!!

    I would, but my legs are so gotdamn pasty and white, plus my wife would probably divorce me.... make fun of me (all day) at the very least!

    Ahhh, gotcha. Not really. Just that I seldom post pics, let alone leg pics, so I just figured I'd throw em' up, lest people begin to think I don't train em'!

    Great job ! Ya just took two days of crap from my wife, she just eased up. I only shave mine maybe twice a year.
