Hey guys I'm new to the forums here. 20 years old and have been training for 4 years. Pretty good stats at the moment but wish to excel further. Been wanting to get on it now for quite some time now but wanted my body to develop a little more and do a lot more research as I'd rather do it right the first time so that's why I've held off until now. It also seems like its the right time for it now because I'm currently undertaking a carpentry apprenticeship now and there is lots of heavy lifting during the day which exhausts me and by the time I get the the gym I'm all worn out. Reason I've joined these forums is to gain further knowledge on it through guides and peoples experiences with them and to find some contacts within Melbourne's northern suburbs.
