Can you please help me guys, in the guessing game..
I had 2 injuries at my wrists and lower back, my workouts were not intense and had lots , lots of days off.. Gained more 8-10 lbs mostly of fat I guess..
I'm 5'8 , 186 lbs.
I ll need you guys to assess my bodyfat to make some calculations regarding my calorie daily intake, no dexa scans where I live.
