Strained a muscle in my back help

On day 14 of 420mg PW test prop cycle went to do a set of military press after i was done it hurt to breathe an realised i strained a muscle/muscles in my back.

So far i've been on the couch drinking water, taking magnesium, ice back in the middle upper of my back an just had muscle relaxants with codeine and was planning on jumping in a 38 degree spa tommorow morning.

    Any other tips?

Anyone got an oppinion of how it should feel before i can lift again? was gonna do a good back warm up before lifting anything again and military in the squat rack from now on.

Also with the test help repair this quicker by any chance? im assuming it would, sounds silly but its a muscle.

You're doing the right thing and rest is the key. It happens, and regardless of whether or not you're on cycle, taking care of yourself is paramount. Do you have someone to do light massage? Time is your best friend though.. don't hesitate to take a week off (I know, a tough pill to swallow during cycle) if you feel the need.

Test should speed up the healing, but only a little bit

Solid advice. I've hurt my back a couple of times. I've learned from experience to let it heal. Even if you have to come off it will be worth it in the long run. Take a little time now or a lot later. Good luck.

No1 here to massage me, im actually struggling to get around the house now.

was thinking if extendung the cycle if u had to take a week off. i kno that wont prove a lot but it will make me feel like it was worth the hassle of missing a week.

Thanks snaps. That makes me feel a bit better.

Your welcome. Reevaluate how you feel in the morning. My guess is its going to be worse. Listen to your body not your will.

    Hmm that doesn't sound good.

That ice pack seems to make things worse. I believe it's an underlying muscle and the ice pack simply stiffens up the surface muscles which i cannot use at the moment because of the pain in that area.

Luckily the gear has kicked in or i'd be a depressed mess right now.
