hello everyone. im 46 and am tired of my fat gut and am really knocking it out. im on my first cycle of deca and test and am really impressed with my transformation so far.![]()
I'm reading some of these post and have a very low clue of the lingo. I'm taking 1.5 ml of test E and .5 ml of deca twice a week. my diet consist of 2-3 eggs in the morning with 25 gram protein shake. I also take my greens and fruit supps with a powdered vitamin. a couple eggs after 2 hours maybe some nuts 2 hours later then a fish lunch with some brown rice then a shake two hours later. pre w/o drink and bcaa's drink during w/o and eat a can of tuna 2 eggs and a little more brown rice. 2 hours later another shake. then more eggs after 2 hours and at bedtime I mix up 75 grams of protein shake to drink through the night as I wake up off and on through the night. Ive dropped 4 inches on my waste and have gained some great definition in my physic. any thoughts on tweaking or am I good? my biggest goal is to lose my gut!!!
you should have educated yourself first before injecting powerful hormones into your body, if this stuff is not done right you can do more harm than good and the damage can be permanent!
