Help! Small Red Hard Lump on Glute Day After Injection

I used a new vial of test e and did everything correctly like I always have but this morning I woke up and on my right glute I have a small red spot where the injection took place and under it's a hard lump. It's also tender and hurts when I press on it. This has never happened before.

What could this be guys? I've made an appointment with my doc tomorrow…not sure if I should wait it out longer.

This has been covered a billion times as its pretty common. A bunch of things can cause it..... High ba content, the test could have crystallized in the muscle, could have irritated something Durring the injection, or it could be infected.

Most often its not an infection if everything was done using a sterile technique. I personally would wait it out and if it got worse each day then I'd go get it treated. I've had these lumps that got worse for 2 days or so and then they went away over the next 6-7 days.

Dude, seriously relax. It could be a million different things but most likely what he said. Take some Tylenol, put a hot towel on it and cancel your doctors appointment.

a doctors appointment? bro are you serious. this happens to me like nearly every injection and it goes away in a few days.

just remember: there is no need to go to the doctor UNLESS it gets worse and you get a temperature. if you dont come down with a temperature theres no bacterial infction and its probably just a bit of oil under there.

yeah nothing to trip on really. youll know if you need to go to the doc if it doesnt go away after a week and keeps getting worse. usually from my experience most common reason for irritating injections is not injecting into muscle all the way (injecting inbetween muscle and skin), body not clean before inject, not alcohol wipes on vial on injection site and reusing needles.

but usually the may culprit tends to be lower quality underground lab gear especially if its just test e. pharma test and never feel anything at all

for example when the old QV was big that shit hurt bad and always get irritated. its just low quality gear

Thanks boys. I cancelled the appointment.

I really hope the gear is not tainted as I used 100% perfectly sterile technique as I always do. The only real difference is that I used a new vial since I finished the last one…maybe this vial of gear was somehow contaminated.

    I'll continue to watch it.
