    Injecting answer and questions

My name is John, I have been on my first cycle and came across something I need an answer too. I went to inject today and for some reason the gear would not leave the syringe. Changed the needle and tried again with no success. So I put my withdraw needle back on and pit the gear back in the vile. My question is what would cause that to happen, and and can i.still use gear or is it contaminated now.

    welcome Johnny!

did you push hard enough? what size pins did you use?

try warming up the oil a little. simply hold the the vial in your palm for a few minutes may make a difference.

This happens to me from time to time. Depending on how deep I am ill go deeper or pull out a bit and try again. If nothing still. .... Move over a 1/2" and try again

What gauge? Maybe bump it up a notch. use 23 or larger. Oil is hard to push through anything smaller. It will go but sllllooowwwlllyyy. The longer you have that needle in there, the higher the chance of irritation and tissue damage, thus pip and scarring. Scar tissue could be the cause but unlikely unless youre a veteran juicer.

some times the plunger gets stuck on the barrel bore due to oil type, just give it a good push like mentioned above and you should be good.

yes its the rubber plunger somehow interacts with oil and it kind of creates friction. what I do is move the plunger back and forth to lubricate the rubber plunger then it moves freely.
