    Post Need weight gaining help

Ok so I made a post earlier today I'm 20 years old 5'9" 130lb male I've weighed this much for almost 6 years and my weight just fluctuates from 125-130 I can't get passed it...so I went to a doctor took blood work and he prescribed me anavar (I understand I shouldn't take aas until I'm 25 as some of you say) but I'm taking it it's doctor prescribed so I doubt it could be real bad for my health I take 20mg a day 10mg when I wake up and 10mg about and hour before the gym at night I've been taking it for about a week and a half and do see some mass difference in my arms and shoulders (Friday I'll upload pics of before I started and until then) But my whole point of this is what should I cycle with anavar and should I bump up the dosage? My diet is fine I consume close to 4-5k calories a day I eat a banana, hot pocket (not the healthiest),protein shake, protein bar in morning. Lunch varies depending on where my work brings me but it's always either chicken, beef, or pasta and for dinner I usually eat about 2lbs of steak with rice and some type of vegetable...but I literally burn weight like it's my job I could play video games and burn calories moving my fingers to much lol. And yes I understand the health risk I'm going to get blood work regularly to make sure nothing to serious happens but if I was to concerned I wouldn't take steroids in the fīrst place so please someone just give me a straight forward answer to what I should cycle with anavar cause I like the lean mass it provides with no water weight I have less then 10% bf and I wanna keep it below 14% bf so any suggestions?

I didn't read that whole thing. You should create new paragraphs occasionally. Just saying. That is difficult to read.

Anyways, I'll say what I say to everyone who complains about not being able to gain weight: EAT.

Seriously. I used to.weigh 135. I thought I ate a lot. Wrong. Count your daily calories and write it down as you eat each item. I guarantee you are eating half or less than half of the amount you need to. Empty calories don't count. Break down how many grams of fat, carbs, and protein you get out of each meal. Report to the diet section your findings. They will set you on the right path.
