Im 35, 6 feet, around 14% bf, been training for about 20 years.

Im on a high protein, low carb diet for about 2 months now.

I have this question:

How to train biceps, without aiming for muscle size. The reason im saying this is bcoz they grow very, very quickly. One short sessions per week and BAM !!

So i would like to emphasize on definition, muscle shaping, and minimize the muscle volume aspect.

Heavy with very short rest ? light with short rest ? drop sets ?

I need ur help on that one
