    Test e bloat

    I am currently 4 weeks into a test e cycle. I have now got really bloated in the face even though I have been taking arimidex 0.5eod. Any way to get rid of this bloat?

    Diet and sodium intake. At 21 yrs old diet is all you need.

    Salt... this did it for me, more water intake and less salt. My protein shakes had a shitload in, as sure as you are... check again.
