I built a program and thought for a first cycle I had it down packed, 1 month of at least 3 hours a day research on top of studying for my NASM, so im not a pro but no idiot.
it looked like this.

50mg Anavar ED, (OR) Masteron enanthate 200mg/wk<-- near the end of my cycle for cutting that extra fat and actually seeing my abs.
300mg/test E/wk 150ml two times a week to keep blood levels stable.<--- first cycle i'm not looking to "Hulk up."

Nolvadex 25mg daily pct because as also stated on this site. nolvadex also significantly increased the LH (Leutenizing Hormone)hence my thought no need for HCG but lose more muscle during pct. Anavar would be nice because of its potent thermogenic effects on Subcutaneous fats. otherwise to avoid paying 70 dollars for aromasin I would get a steroid like mast to increase strength and ad tad bit of size whilst "helping" keep gyno at bay.

I would not Cycle using HCG because it is impossible to find where I wouldn't have to spend outrageous amounts of shipping from another source. separate from my 240 dollar cap or 28 dollar shipping. and or untrustworthy sources to sketchy to consider.

I was super eager to start this type of cycle but I prefer to play it safe, Afterall I will be teaching Exercise safety so I can't go about being a hypocrite. But I started Looking more into AI's I figured mast would surely keep gyno at bay and nolvadex when I get a flare to put it down. But apparently that's not all true and without having an AI on the side JIC I could according to some very jerky sounding sources, Set my self up to severely damage my endocrine system.


I know the "perfect" plan looks like

300-500mg/test e/wk 10-12 wk/s <---Because us newbs can't handle our juice in multiple flavors until we know baseline.
nolvadex 40/40/20/20 clomid 100/100/50/50/
HCG 500ui/wk
AI/Aromasen 12.5+ ED.


But I want to know from personal Experience and quite possibly in detail what you had observed in yourselves during your first cycles, yes I know we are all different. but Ballparks with details are better than a backyard with no pitcher. Sorry for the long post, I figured the best impression is the one spoken. can't really know a guy if he omits details am I right?

Bulk up, 175-200 10%BF And just be overall strong as hell for my size, I don't want to be a gas hog with huge muscles. 6000+ feet above "UNDA DAH SEA!" will kill me.
What do I really need to get to a goal like this. my diet doesn't suck I Doth hoist 3 times a week at LEAST. And once I get to that point I know how to maintain that. I better or I will be a crappy trainer!
