    guessing 30 to 35% BF medicine induced/poor eating habits
    never cycled
    off and on for 20+ years all natural

    I have a good foundation. at 19 I was 257 with 7% BF than I broke my neck in a car accident. Was never suppose to walk again. Lol! Currently in the military (11B) was injured while deployed now med boarding. Goal-
    210 with 5-7% willing to work hard and aggressively. Need help with diet and strong plan.

    been through the same shit, 12B here. Broke my neck also. Look up macros and learn how to track everything you eat. For me this was the easiest way to figure out what I needed to eat for my daily goal. For example if you daily maintenance calories/ for you to maintain current weight is 2800, then if you want to lose weight you want to be less 2300, or gain more 3300. But it can be adjusted to many levels. Being in the military go to a health and wellness center on base and they will give you a caloric test that tells your maintenance calories, for free of course. This will give you a very good idea where to set your Macros from day to day. Check out different trackers for counting everything, such as myfitnesspal.com. If you do all this monitor your macros you will be at 210 in no time.
