What do I really need on my first cycle and help finding it on the AR-R site.

For my first cycle I am going to be doing Test-E 500mg/week.

For my PCT I will be doing clomid and nolvadex which I found on the AR-R site.

My question is what do I need to really take during cycle. HCG and Arimidex seem to be what i keep seeing. But I also seen some cycles that say to just take 10mg of nolvadex a day during cycle.

Is HCG and Arimidex listed on the AR-R site and if so under what name. If they aren't on there are there alternatives on that site? I would like to buy everything at once.

Arimidex on ar-r is called Liquidex, use on cycle at .25mg EOD

they don't sell HCG.. you have to source this yourself, use 250iu 2x/week on cycle

I'm 27 , 5"8' about 156 right now. It has taken me about a year to get down to that. I was 194. I'm about 11% body fat. I've lifted weights on and off my whole life but have really stuck with it this last year.More so cardio until the last 4 months. I know I should probably lift for longer but I feel like a need a boost, kind of like I'm stuck in a rut.

*My ignorant ass did take a cycle of some kind of test 200(teston qv maybe?) in high school. We had no idea what we were doing back then. Had no idea what PCT or anything was. It did work well though. This will be my first real cycle.

It will make recovery alot easier on your body.. your choice.

Can you not get a boost by just going on a natural lean bulk and eat more food?

You're right, you should wait until you have been lifting longer too of you've only been serious about it for 4 months.
