Got a weight belt finally. Did dead lifts today. Big difference. Felt stronger, more in control, lower back more protected and could feel my breathing technique working much better giving me more power!

If your just not trying a belt try straps so you can focus on the weight instead of holding the wait
better train your core without a belt, save belt for safety for higher % attempts
