I dont know if its bad but my PREGNYL has been refrigerated in its box for the past 2 weeks.

Havent used it yet, still in its box, but i just read that it has to be stored in fridge AFTER first used.

I have a hard time finding bak water. (i live in Angola-africa)

I have a 5.000 iu PREGNYL with one ml diluent.

I need 250iu twice a week only, for 3 weeks. Any other way of working this out with what i have now ? with a slin pin ?

Just use the bottle the bac water came in. Draw out what you need to mix. Take the rest out and disregard it. Put mixed solution back into sterile bac water vial. Changing needles each time of course. That works in a pinch. Or go to arr and buy some. There is a sale right now.

My bak water comes in a plastic little bottle, Its not a screw on/off top that it has, i kinda have to cut the very thin top of the bottle and can make a very small needle size opening

Understood everything about the mixing and other procedure, but like i said, once i put the mixed solution back in the plastic bottle, i cant really close it tight. So, to what degree do i need to "protect" the mixed solution from that tiny opening i made

It's not in a normal vial? With a rubber topper for needle insertion?

I've never seen bac water come any other way. If it's not then just suck it up and go visit the guy sat ar-r. They have sterile vials for very cheap.

can you get injectable b12 ? some brands come in 10ml bott. you can mix the hcg in b12, which contains BA as preservative, and is also suitable for subQ injection.

OK here is the deal.

I have taken a pic of what i have found (hope u can open that)

I was planning of mixing the 5.000 iu with 10 ml of bac (which is only one of those 2 bottles on the pic), which should give me 500iu/ml

Now, on a U100 syringe that 500iu would be the 100iu grade on the insuline syringe scale

But on a U40 syringe that 500iu would be 40iu grade ... Correct ? :-/


After confirming this with you guys, my second concern is the storage. I can poke the needle in that bak water plastic bottle, only making such a little hole, is that considered goos storage ?

And last, when the f*ck do i shoot myself ? With the U40 syringe ? or just scale with the U40 seringue for measurments and then switch all to a normal syringue and do it IM in the arse ?


I feel retarded with all those kinda logik questions but i prefer asking than messing up.

You will have to get a bottle with a rubber top. After you pierce a needle through a rubber top, it closes up to seal the bottle so no contamination can get in. If you pierce a plastic bottle, the small hole does not close, so bacteria will get in.

A 100u syringe will draw a total of 1ml at the 100mark. If you want 0.5ml, draw to the 50mark. A 40u syringe will draw only a total of 0.4ml, at the 40mark.
