    Some help?

    What's up fellas and chicks...
I'm 38, and I wanna get back into the gym... I'm 5'9" and weigh 232 pounds... I was 225 and got down to 170 when I was 34... But stopped working out...

Well I wanna get back in the gym and do work... My drive is down and so is my test... I wanna see if y'all got some advice? I did juice up before, don't remember what I took before, but I stacked up and never finished the actual cycle... My question is, what should I take and when should I start taking it? I play softball, and I'm actually looking for some type of athletic program advice.... Thanks in advance!

Just get back in the gym. You have muscle memory so you will get back your previous muscle, and it shouldn't take long.

Even after 4 years? I seem pretty lazy, I want to do it... But my mind and body aren't connecting...

might want to stay natural for the time being, till you get back in the rhythm.

Ephedrine motivates me and I'm very lazy. The first hurdle is getting to the gym, it's hard... you feel and maybe look like crap [I know I did] but it'll change quickly as you workout.
