let me clear this up, he asked me about useing gear and dieting and how this would effect him since he has celliac dasies...I know as far as dieting it sucks for him because he cannot eat anything with wheats in it ....so NO WHOLE weat anything.....but i really dont know anything about using gear and dieting due to this celliac disease... any info would help me advise my freind greatly........

gear has nothing to do with his sensitivity to gluten. he knows what he can and cant eat so there shouldnt be a problem. up the protein to 2 g /lb and go from there. then again last time i checked i wasnt a doctor.
