Found a good video on Subcutaneous & Intramuscular injections

Im sharing the video at 26minutes 22 second marker where they begin the IM injection.

The entire video has really good information, and something that took me by surprise.

Contrary to what I've read on here, they mention not to massage the injection site cause it could push the medication into the subcutaneous area of the body
