I have a crooked pelvis, which plays hell on my neck and my back. One leg is also a bit longer than the other, I think.
Anyway, my right trap seems to be taking its time to heal. I get a knot in it from work, sitting in a chair all day, inspecting stuff at eye level. I'm constantly holding my arms up. It irritates my traps to no end. It's not much more than a pulled muscle, but during my workouts over the past week, it aches. I'm still digging through every article here, and have much more to read, but thought I thought I'd share my aches and pains.
How often do you pull a muscle?
I usually "pull" something every other week, and it recovers in a few days--and solid again by the next week. My trap is the exception this time.
