Hey, names Brandon.
A little about me, Im 24 from Minnesota, Never really lifted weights steadily but I'm looking to get into it and start working out. I've always said this but now that I've started a new carrier (was a mechanic for 6 years) i have more time to actually go to the gym. (membership I still have to get, prly Anytime) Just on here to learn as much as I can. Fell on the site today because I was googling why my muscles cramp when I flex. Sounds like I need potassium, magnesium, and water. But yea, also about to make a post on a question I have in supplement Questions. Besides wanting to lift, I have recently become a Union Iron worker. Real demanding job, lots of heavy lifting, looking to take advantage of that being its usually and 8-10 hr a day workout and how to reach full strength potential. but hey thats a little about me.
