    Hi, all!

    In your opinion, what's the best substance to burn fat and enhance energy?

    Clen, Cytomel or similars are not an option.

    Probably Clenbuterol if you can handle it. I can't handle it, so I use T3.

    Hi Aust ! With clen ive seen alot of talk about adding taurine , if this is correct how much do you take ? Does it depend on BF% etc ?! Cheers

    Hi Reiid13!

    Yeah I can't really confirm much with clen as my experience is limited. But Taurine in general is fine up to 7 grams daily for on cycle purposes. I'm sure more is fine for short periods but I don't see the need for higher doses. I use 5 grams at times. Taurine does not know what your BF is, so it works either way. But thermos in general are not recommended if BF is high.
