and you blend those in to a shake? my current shakes are banana/ oats/ flax/ frozen berries in milk with protein powder ( to help boost calories in upcoming cycle I did purchase weight gainer protein blend, for faster acting carb post workout, only real unnatural thing I remember on label us maltodextrin) that's post w my pm shake is home made pb/flax/ milk/ cinnamon and ice with protein obv....... cutting I just use fruit and protein in water........ how does that sound? I suppose when I run out I'll get raw whey and just flavor it, should I get a carb supp or will a bunch of fruit and oats and stuff make it high carb/ calorie enough for post workout??
