    Need some good advice on first cycle. Skinny now bulk me up please

    Hello everyone... If u could help me I'd greatly appreciate it... I am looking for a good steroid to gain as much as possible.. I'm not an athlete just need to gain my weight back..my dr put me on Xanax for a while due to stress and I lost a good amount of weight. I am about 145 very lean, 5'8" very strong and have an extremely fast metabolism. I am extremely strong for my body weight if that holds any value. I am healthy with great blood pressure a healthy heart. 2 summers ago I did about 40 1 ml pins of tren acetate and gained massive weight muscle and strength... With minor side effects. I'm kinda skinny and outta now .. Nothing like I should normally be. Can anyone give me some good advice or does anyone have a cocktail they could share knowing a little about me ... I gain muscle pretty quick so please let me know if you guys have any secrets I could benefit from... Thanks so much and be safe and healthy .. Btw happy thanksgiving everyone!!!!!!

    Welcome.

    Age?

    You did a tren only cycle? How long was it and how much did you run? (ml tells us nothing, you should tell us in mg). What pct did you run for it?

    What don't you wait to regain your weight naturally, it should come back pretty quick?

    Thanks so much for the response ... I'm sorry to say but i didn't really do much research on it, a friend of mine was taking it and I saw the gains he had and pretty much bought a bottle one. I'm pretty sure it was 100 mg and I ran it for apprx 8 weeks. I'm slowly gaining my weight back but I'm going on vacation in another 6 weeks and would like to look good as well as have my best friends wedding coming soon and have a lot of people i haven't seen in a while going to be there and don't want to be the talk of the town how I lost weight and blah blah blah ya know ... And yes it was mostly tren only .. I did do 1 ml of sustenon 200 mg once a week for 5 weeks being I split the bottle with a friend.
    I guess the reason I'm asking for help is due to me not researching and just jumping into it.. I figured it would be much smarter to ask people who are educated in this and see what they have to say..

    So at 145 how much below your regular weight are you? Tren is one substance that should definitely be educated on and researched very thoroughly before use. Not a noob compound for sure!

    Lol I'm about 5 -10 lbs under my normal weight but it's all muscle weight so u can def see I big diff in muscle mass .. Doesn't sound like much but at at an average weight of 150-155 10 lbs of muscle is a big dif esp with next to nothing for body fat %

    Regaining 5-10lbs won't be as difficult as you think with the right nutrition plan.

    I don't think you should be cycling and doing it to please other people is very much not the way to do it.

    Did you run a pct after your cycle? Ever get any bloodwork?

    What's with this look good on vacation crap. Being fit and strong is a lifestyle of proper nutrition and exercise. Not some cocktail to take for vacation. This is an insult to all those that work hard and choose to live in a manner that provides health and looking good all the time.
    Really time to reevaluate your choices.

    Ok so everything aside I will forget all the stuff I would like to say about how you probably should wait and ill just give you my advice on a cycle, cause lets face it if your going to do it might as well do it right. If your looking to make some gains right away and have already done sust I would recommend.....do a 10 week sust 250 with a d bol kickstart and run a AI and hcg. Then use clomid, nolva and DDA for PCT. Do not go on this cycle if you are not mentally prepared to keep up with the eating and lifting during pct. You need to find your caloric maitenence and eat well above it. Run the sust at 500mg a week and pin 3 times a week and take like 40 mg of d bol. Make sure you get bloodwork after a while to make sure your e2 is in check cause on this cycle if you don't people will be callin you the water boy on your vacation

    Yea this seems silly, to just say oh well you're gonna do it..... this person clearly lacks knowledge in the subject and could greatly benefit from diet advice, and needs to realize the seriousness of what he's doing, it's not to go to the beach in a few weeks....

    You're crazy to touch gear of any sort in your situation. That's the best advice I can give you. Eat like a maniac, lift big weight, and eat some more. Maybe take some mutant mass.

    Almost all weight gainers are shite. Save money and make your own, healthier version. Other than that yes - eat big and lift big

    Its a harm reduction approach. This guy sounds like he knows less than shit. What I'm doing is giving him info just in case he decides to do it anyway. By the sounds of it he seems like he type of dude to do stuff like that. All I see is people giving the same advice. Just offering another point of view

    Thank you for that. Lol. I'm calmer now. I was about to post basically the same thing but I was going to be less diplomatic about it. What is with people thinking AAS are like a bikini or a killer pair of board shorts? You don't do steroids and get a models body in a week so you look good for a wedding or other occasion. Jesus.

    I don't see the problem with using a mass gainer to get in extra calories, if it fits in, nothing wrong with carb and protein supplementation after a workout or before bed

    It's as much the quality (or lack thereof) of the ingredients. Full of sugar which leads to plenty of other issues.

    Again, make your own and call it a meal replacement.

    what do you mean make your own, like use regular protein and add in the ingredients to up the cals? maybe oats and flax meal and such?

    Your missing the point. The person is the one doing something harmful. I'm helping to make sure he will do this harmful thing in the safest way possible.

    Check the label and the amount of sugar. Most of those mass shakes are NOT good nutrition, will spike insulin, promote fat retention and certainly are anything but healthy. Check the labels!

    Precisely. It's garbage in a pail. The only thing effective is the marketing behind it.

    - egg whites
    - baby spinach
    - Greek yogurt
    - rolled oats
    - blueberries

    ......so many alternatives to buying protein powder. When I make shakes now (1x a day when cutting; 2x a day when bulking) I use 1/2 the powder I used to and add more natural ingredients (as indicated above).

    So you would do it for a 16 year old? Somebody 6'2 and 140lbs? That was my question, where's the cut off point? I guess there isn't one?

    and you blend those in to a shake? my current shakes are banana/ oats/ flax/ frozen berries in milk with protein powder ( to help boost calories in upcoming cycle I did purchase weight gainer protein blend, for faster acting carb post workout, only real unnatural thing I remember on label us maltodextrin) that's post w my pm shake is home made pb/flax/ milk/ cinnamon and ice with protein obv....... cutting I just use fruit and protein in water........ how does that sound? I suppose when I run out I'll get raw whey and just flavor it, should I get a carb supp or will a bunch of fruit and oats and stuff make it high carb/ calorie enough for post workout??

    I understand your view. You aren't the only one to feel this way, however, just as many of us or perhaps more will disagree.

    This topic comes up a few times a month in one way or another. I side with the view that its better to discourage than encourage young guys. I'm all for helping people out, but sometimes, these young guys can be swayed from using anabolics early and waiting until they are more mature and physiologically ready. Even when they are hell-bent on using, I still abstain from encouraging them. I personally don't buy into the argument, "well, if they are going to anyway, it's best we help them do it correctly". A bad decision is still a bad decision no matter how many people nod in approval. I don't condemn those who do help. To each his own.

    Some or all....depends on my cycle. As for carbs, I have a juicer so I juice a lot of fresh fruits and/or veggies. Keep the fruit to a selection of LOW glycemic index fruits, particularly when cutting. If I need to sweeten anything, I use Stevia and avoid natural sugar and other artificial sweeteners.

That's why I said I'm not an athlete ... That was just considered part if my life ... I didn't mean to insult anyone ..I'm sorry if I didn't include enough details to fully explain ... Please don't take it personally ... I'm not a jersey shore j/o lookin to get ripped for the summer and back to crap in the winter... I am just feeling crappy about my health and the wAy I look and feel... I just wanted to kind of speed the process cuz I'm tired of feeling this way and my self esteem being in the ground .... And just wanted to feel good when I went away ... My mom was dgnsed with cancer this year so it's been rough... Just want to feel good again .. Again sorry .. Didn't mean to offend anyone

    Being healthy was my lifestyle ... I kick boxed for ten years I just fell off after the pills for stress ...I was always in good shape going to the gym and training .. That's why I said I'm not an athlete ... That was just considered part if my life ...I know how to eat right and be healthy and in shape ... What I don't know is much about gear... Never said I don't know shit ... Just wanted to know if anyone knew some quick bulking info...

    I'm 6'2" and started off my cycle at 151 lbs. I'm now into my first cycle 7 weeks and weigh 175lbs. I'm on 500mg test e a week with 30 mg dbol pre workout. If you stay committed to eating a lot and working out you can do the same. Make sure you include an AI in your cycle to combat estrogen. People advised me against doing a cycle but at this point I'm really happy with how its going. Use a blender and blend 2 cups whole milk, protein powder (mainly for flavor but good for a few extra calories),4 table spoons peanut butter, 1 cup yogurt and 1 or 2 bananas depending on size. This will be almost 1000 calories you can make when you wake up and before bed. I consume one in the morning and one before bed. Just doing that gets you 2000 calories alone. Eat lots of chicken and pasta for your other 2 or 3 meals for the day. You should easily reach 3500-4000 calories for the day. I'm by no means an expert but you can check the results for yourself in my post in the cycle results section. Some people will probably shred me for posting this but its what has worked for me.
