The freezer is getting full!

Just got done cleaning and packaging 220 lbs of deer meat.
Picked up a 1/2 of a beef yesterday that I bought from my neighbor.
Should be able to eat for awhile now

process everything yourself? I have done it but man, it's a lot of work.

Yep I do all the processing with my son and daughter. It is a lot of work but I know what I'm eating this way.

Yea we are really lucky out here when it comes to hunting and fishing. The amount of wildlife we have in our area is very good.
