    Weight Loss Help

    I am currently working with a local nutritionist and working out in the gym 3 times per week.
    I am looking at supplementing my weight loss by adding either a suppliment or something with a little more kick..

    I was looking at hGH Peptide fragment 177-191 on A-R-R and am wondering if anyone has used this and how effective it is...

    I don't know too much about peptides, but are you losing weight on the plan from the nutritionist? If you're not satisfied, maybe check out the nutrition section. You may also need to get to the gym more than 3 times a week (if possible).
    I really made progress when I started every morning with 45 min of cardio, and then went to the gym most afternoons for weights.

    at work by 5 gym opens at 5.. so going in before work is not an option... I have other commitments that keep me out 3-4 days a week...
