Sup folks.
I'm trying to just drop like 15 pounds. My diet is pretty tight. Calorically I'm at about 1700-1800 calories a day. My protein intake is about 125-150 grams. I'm averaging about 40/30/30 spilt of the macros. And I can't lose Shit !!! I've been doing HITT cardio, slow cardio, doing that T25 workout, etc and I ain't losing jack for about 7 weeks weeks now. Just wondering if the protein intake is too low. On a good note, I'm never hungry. Any suggestions?
