Hey, so bad news for me. My GF cheated on me and then told me she lost feelings for me. We just broke up and i have lost my apetite completly, in a good day i eat 600kcal a day. I also cant sleep before 5-8 am the day after, and i sleep only 2-4 hours. This do realy consern me, cause i dont want to lose mucle mass.
Oh and on top of that, i have broken my hand so working out upper body is hard.
Any of you have any tip on how to not lose what i have working so hard to get? My TDEE is about 2300kcal a day.
