I've been working out very consistently for a couple of years and working on my diet (a seemingly never-ending task). I've gotten very interested in HIT recently and want to try to incorporate it in February when I will be starting a bulking cycle.
1. What is a good resource for more info on beginning / basic HIT workouts?
2. Any recommendations for HIT training with limited access to machines and without a spotter / training partner?
I live in a small town with a small gym and I haven't found anyone that will (a) train at 6:30 in the a.m. as my schedule dictates and (b) show up consistently after a wee or two.
