I am terrible at estimating where my bodyfat is, even when comparing to other pictures. Does 15% sound about right?
Trying to determine whether to cut, maintain or add some mass before my upcoming powerlifting meet in February.
Thanks!

I am 5'9", just under 180 and plan on competing as a 165'er.
I'd say more like 12% imo.....
12ish looks about right..
what kind of numbers u doing?
I have mainly been training with triples recently. PRS are squat 405x3 no wraps, bench 325x3 and deadlift 455x4. I have an intensity day where I do them back to back to back, so by the time I get to deadlifts, I am smoked. My third attempts will probably be around 500,365,545, as I would really like to total 1400.
11 - 1 + 2

I agree 12%sh
If I decide to do a slow bulk, does this sound okay?
3000 calories, 300g protein, 300g carbs and 65g fat

for bulking I would lower the protein and up the carbs.
What numbers did you have in mind? Thanks for the help everyone.
now i see why u mentioned the notion of cutting, BUT from the looks of you, you could use to ADD weight/mass.. im a bit curious to why u want to compete at 165 (which is what im assuming u meant)??? it seems to me based on ur pics, if u dropped 15lbs, you would be a fairly skinny fellow.. i realize the numbers ur hitting would prob fare better in that class, but it seems u would lose a good bit of strength dropping to that weight, not to mention u would be a fair bit skinny! (as i already said earlier)
id also like to note here im 5'9" 205lbs @ 12-14%bf and theres no way in hell i could cut to 165lbs.. at 9%bf i weighed 187lbs..
See, I just assume people would post their pictures in the 'members pictures' section. I'm far too trusting

The last 10 pounds or so would just be a water weight cut, where I would turn around and put the water back on after weigh-ins, but I agree, it's probably best I add mass. I am just super paranoid about getting fat, because I was 240 in February.
