    Introduction

Fat man here. I will explain my intent and goals.

My build, I am 5'11" around 300lbs. I believe my body fat percentage is around 45% (I know the scales can be off by as much as 20%).

First of all, the goal is to lose the fat. Any muscle gain would just be a bonus. Safety and long term health is important to me. As such, I've focused in on anavar which sounds very mild and safe. I think I could combine this with b vitamins and ephedrine/caffine supplements safely as well. Any suggestions would be helpful.

As far as workouts, I mostly plan to do cardio, walking and eventually running, and light weight lifting. No intention of getting into power lifting. When I feel up to it I also do some brazillian jiu jitsu and paintball which is a lot of running and diving, but last time I went, i literally had a week long recovery from all the muscle strain. I believe the primary thing hindering me is maintaining whatever course i'm on, and I think that I lose motivation when I don't see the results i want, quickly enough. So all I'm looking for is a slight bump, so that i see the results a bit faster, to keep me motivated to not drop off the proper eating and exercising routine. I typically walk 1-3 miles a day for work, sometimes more, which helps keep my weight from really ballooning.

Your goals are sensible. Make sure every workout is fun. If you completely toast yourself, you'll have the excuse to skip. Also, write down everything you do. Good luck.
