on cycle 1200mgs , off cycle 600mgs (per day).
If you have damage i like udca better than (actually in conjunction with NAC). For on cycle protection I prefer NAC.

Yes.
It doesn't have to be taken year-round. But then again, it doesn't have to be taken on cycle either.

You dont have to take it off cycle but its an awesome anti oxidant with a lot more benefits than just liver and kidney protection so I take it year round just upping dose on cycle to 1200mgs/day.Originally Posted by johnnymctrance
