Hi all this is my first post so I just want to start by saying your all full of so much great info.
Alright so a little background, I'm 22 and I've been lifting seriously for 5 years, I'm 6 foot 210Ib 10% bf.
I am planning on running my first cycle in a 1-1.5 years and I wanted to start on my research now. I'm posting because I'm having trouble figuring out how my diet will change when I'm on gear.
At the moment I know that my maintenance is 3050 kcal and so when I'm bulking I shoot for about 3350 normally.
However when I'm on gear should I try shoot for even more above my usual maintenance say 3700 or maybe even 4000.
I want to gain good amounts of muscle but avoid excessive fat gain.
If anyone has any insight into how I will need to vary my calories or has a link to somewhere that has info on this id seriously appreciate it.
Also I'm planning on running test e 500mg a week and dbol, with clomid pct and I'm not sure which AI I'll have available at the time (aromasin?) as well as HCG
