I've been working out my whole life and naturally I have a good genetic make-up I joined the army and I went from about 160 to 190 was at 10% bf a friend told me about a few roids wen clen and test I took it ritually for about a month my bf dropped To about 6-7% then I got stabbed had to have my abdomen cut open to to stitch up my organs now I'm at around 17% ( feel like a fat shit) with no abdominal definition at all! Now I've been back in the gym for about 1 1/2 months wondering what I should take or if I should take anything at all to help get back to where I was??
