I've been reading around for a good first cycle and i just don't know what to do. I've read so many and i'm not to sure which will suit me and my goals. I wanted to know if you guy could help me. I'm 6 foot 3" and weight about 180. I wanted to gain strenght and about 10 pounds, with little to no water retention, and low sides especially when it comes to my hair line. Also i want to stay away from winny due to a bad knee.(dont want the joint problems involved) Lastly since it is my first i didnt want to run it for to long.
