Hey guys i'm just looking for a meal eg: chicken, rice, broccoli that is easy to prepare and able to take to work and eat 3 times a day. I just can't find a decent seasoning and the chicken always tastes like crap after being frozen and is always hard and very bland. I want to be able to cook a weeks worth of meals on a Sunday and freeze them. I will weigh the food and count calories etc.. I'm no cook (Had a wife for that now i'm divorced lol). Just after some ideas, tips and tricks for meals and preparation.
