Better sleep, healthier eating and overall very clean lifestyle. Numbers still low - labeled primary hypogonadism.
Made choice to improve quality of life. I will be posting in the HRT section near future as I would like to receive any/all input on current program.

There are other options to get your body producing test that should have been exhausted first. You have a negligent doctor.

Your input is appreciated. I'd like to point out I am fully on board with my current form of treatment. I would be happy to continue this discussion in the appropriate section of the forums where I will be posting further details and several questions I have pertaining to this matter.

Hello,
I am new here and I am trying to learn as much as I can, I am 46 and the my doctor placed me on trt several months ago. my test was like 145 to 170 cant remember exactly. to her it was low. but I have started seeing a difference in my work outs and the way my body is starting to react to them. my goal is to build as much mass to be able to compete in bodybuilding in a few years. hope to get as much advise as possible and hope to give good feed back as I use everyone's advise.
