Your opinion; can steroids marginally change the contour//size of your facial bones?

It's well known that HGH can cause this with prolonged use.

However, I want to hear your opinion on straight testosterone.
We know that testosterone itself influences the pattern of growth in facial bones during puberty.

If a 20 year old male undertakes a TRT-protocol that puts him well above "high ranges", could he induce further virility to his appearance? Assuming he was low testosterone before?

Say arimidex is used to keep T:E ratio very high as well.

Does anyone have any science on this?

I agree with both your answers.
Why is a 20 year old on TRT that takes him well above ranges?

because you can have low test from natural occurring events in your life and not because of old age or steroid abuse. And "normal ranges" are not spot on for everyone. my normal range is 600, i feel bleh at 600, at 900 i feel great in everyday life. I like to feel great

I understand that 20 year olds can have low t. Not in range is vague.
Does it mean 1000? I don't know or high end? Your not talking about over the top ranges. Do you know what his test level is? Maybe he can answer that question.

I think the answer here is probably... No. typically by 20 males have fully developed bones (not to say there is not hundred of cases of 20 year old still growing) but facial structure this is unlikely.

Once growth plates are closed your bones will no longer grow, but I beleive they can continue to increase in density.

Acromegal, which can occur with prolonged use of HGH and include thickening of the bones (but not lengthening) which can most easily be seen in the jaw, face, and forehead and even fingers and toes, enlargement of the organs, and other facial features.

Most other steroids are related to testosterone, estrogen, or cortisol modulation which are not responsible for body structure growth.

Well, everyone's face will only become so virilized. But if you're hypogonadal or not done maturing yet, then yes, androgens should finish up the process.
I've only run Tren once for 6 weeks, but it definitely put the finishing touches on my jaw and brow in my early-mid 20s.

Is it worth using steroids at a young age to finish maturing in a hurry? No. Just wait a few years.

We use facial muscles to eat. Go on a serious bulk diet + gear and your facial muscles should grow. I dont know why no1 in this thread has mentioned this.

Not a bad point, although to be fair OP asked if it changed the bone structure.

Again, bones will not lengthen from aas, but they can continue to grow in density - theoretically.

I have never read a case where exogenous administration of hgh and or androgens directly caused gross changes in bone structure as seen in extreme endocrine disorders such as acromegaly. This myth has taken on a life of its own and stems from the media and general public's total ignorance where these compounds are concerned.

If a child was given 50iu HGH and massive doses of testosterone starting at age 3, I would expect such growth. Only then. Its not going to happen in an adult.
