We all have fuked up backs it comes with the game, we fuked them up with heavy weights not kicking a football about though. Keep on it and build your muscles up around your spine and you will stop messing around with those baby weights

OP what are your stats? Deadlifting 242 lbs. would be impressive if one weighed 150 lbs. but not so impressive for someone that weighs 250 lbs.

I would say your back is fairly strong if you can squat 400lb for reps. Throw some weight on there son.

I think it's a word used by kids that worship that rent boy Z&/@. No self respecting person over the age of 25 would use it though. So you are doubly safe not knowing

Longer maybe, but that isn't necessarily a good thing.

Harder than the other 258,159 members? Wow, you must be amazing.

Wow, I'm jelly fish. 240 is my max, so the fact that you're hitting that 3 times is making me rabid. What are you doing with your form? Maybe there's something I can do to help me improve. I don't like the over-under grip, I just go to over-over.

hmm... you don't see this as a ridiculously outlandish claim? also, that example is terrible, the 250lbs guy is using 3.2x his bodyweight, you'd be at 2.4 or something in that example... math brother!
