That's good weight. I deadlift a lot. That's my lower body pull workout
Keep at it and soon you will be able to train outside the ladies section

OP what are your stats? Deadlifting 242 lbs. would be impressive if one weighed 150 lbs. but not so impressive for someone that weighs 250 lbs.

I would say your back is fairly strong if you can squat 400lb for reps. Throw some weight on there son.

Wow, I'm jelly fish. 240 is my max, so the fact that you're hitting that 3 times is making me rabid. What are you doing with your form? Maybe there's something I can do to help me improve. I don't like the over-under grip, I just go to over-over.
