ID:	146837What's up boys and girls, I'm 23years old 5,9 190lbs and about 10-12% body fat. I've been training for about 6.5 years and cycling for about 3. I wanna compete as a fitness model but I def. need to get in better shape. I wanna be about 180-185 shredded to the bone.

    I plan to run:
    350mg npp/w
    140mg test prop/w
    350mg masteron/w
    50 mcg t3/day
    100mcg clen/day

    Please let me know what you guys think, let me know if you got a better cycle for me to try. Or if I'm missing anything I've used tren in pretty much every cycle before this an need a break. Cost and water retention are a concern that's why the dosages are this low. Any input would be very helpful

    Before I say anything, or anyone else critiques you, Post a pic or two. You said 10 cycles or so, in 3 years?

    Short ester cycles about 6-8weeks and tbh I don't spend much time "off" anymore. How do I post pictures?

    Should be a post picture, or attach right above where you type at. Ok, I gotcha on the short cycles, any BW done recently?

    No haven't done blood work for awhile. I imagine I'm pretty suppressed but I'll be taking at least 2 months off in addition to the 2 weeks I've been off already, this cycle will commence in spring when I'm hopefully back at normal levels. I know I should be taking more time off between cycles and I know all the risks involved. I'm just wondering if this cycle would be enough to spare my muscles well I cut and if it will produce much bloating. Npp is the only compound in this stack I have yet to use. Thanks for your input

    Start with blood work man, can't say what you should do until you know where you stand. But cycle looks off, test is real low and that's a lot of t3 and clen together, also not many run npp on a cut, some do just haven't seen many. I'm sure some pro's will chime in soon but I'd get BW first.

    1. You're young and have done numerous cycles.
    2. Take some time off so your body can rejuvenate properly before getting into your next cycle.
    3. Eat more clean meals and continue to train hard.
    4. Your cycle appears to have numerous compounds (but i gotta do more research on this cycle).

    quite a few replies emphasizing your age. i would like to add that whatever damage that is done, is done. as long as your know what you're getting into, you're old enough to decide what you want in life.

    if you are going to post pictures, do so in trunks or underwear and the lighting is horrible.

    the cuts are pretty non exsistant so you may be as high as 12%bf still. YOu need to work with a diet coach to help diet down and work on lagging body parts. You have alot of work still. There are way to many 18year olds in better shape then you so you need to work extra hard.

    Thanks for all the input guys. These pictures are taken during the bulk I just finished in which I gained about 12 pounds. My diet is normally good. I'm not getting a lot of advice regarding the cycle in terms of recomp and bloat which is pretty much why I started this. I'm also gonna upload a picture of me pre bulk and about ten pounds lighter. Could u guys also please let me know where u think I'm legging and what I can do to fix it.
