Liver Enzyme Test at home ?

I was curious if there is an easy way to check for elevated liver readings, besides going into the doctor?

I want to do it now, and after my cycle, so I was looking for an easier way than missing work twice.
Are there any at home kits that can be done, then sent off? (Blood or urine) My sister is a nurse and can draw blood for me.
