I'm 29, 6'2, 192. Have been working out off and on (mostly on) for about 6 years. In the past year, I've been focusing on getting my diet together with a ton more protein, which has helped a lot in both some muscle growth and slimming down fat.
I would like to do a round of winny. I'm not looking to gain a ton of mass, just look more cut. Besides lifting, I run, swim, and do a lot of kettlebell/body weight type classes. But I've never been able to push through to see the muscle definition that I want. (I also grew up a chubby kid from a chubby family--so always the feeling its just "in my DNA.")
I also am using HMB, ZMA, and Branched chain Amino Acids supplements.
What is a good dosage for a first round of winny? What else should I be taking? Oral or inject? There is so much info on this website, and also contradicting suggestions.. wanted to start my own thread for me and my specifics. I know a lot of you might not think the gain of winny to be worth using, but I want to use it to maintain my muscle and cut. Appreciate any help or guidance, thank you!
