Thanks to everyone here, I've finally gotten my diet right (although I screw up out of laziness sometimes). Combining the right diet with consistent training and some tips from the vets has helped me get a lot further than I expected at my age.
I'm doing the recommended 12 week test only cycle exactly as written (except aromasin instead of arimidex). I've messed with gear before years ago without being ready or informed and I'm going to do it right this time.
Just trying to make sure I have my bases covered on everything well in advance; and regular blood work is one of the things that will be totally new to me.
