Question What is this guy doing? FOREARMS/WRIST/HANDS

This sub 200lbs armwrestler has achieved crazy gains in wrist/hands/forearms in literally the matter of 3 months. And is strong as an OX. He refuses to share his secrets, and swears he is not on gear. Hell, his hand size ever grew from a med to xl glove in two years. Is this all of this seriously possible without HGH or something along those lines?

A buddy sent me these pics from his facebook page. I've never met the guy, but have heard of him.

What extreme exercises can be done to increase growth and strength that fast?

I don't know man but we need before pics so we can judge my opinion is genetics simply as that he had that same bone structure and freaky forearms genetics or he been wrestling since he was a kid .

in my experience, when someone has "amazing" results but wont share how, there is usually a reason why he won't share. And quite often that reason is anabolics. Regardless of whether or not he insists he hasn't. Else why would he hide behind his "secret"?

Dont get me wrong.....the guy has great genetics. Plus he is new to the sport (maybe 1-2yrs) But the only places he's gotten larger in the last few months are hands/forearms/wrist. Now forearms i can understand getting a little bigger. BUT.....wrists and hands are hard as hell to get larger, especially in just a few months.

He swears he wont share secrets because it took him so long to find a way to get hands and wrists bigger....so he feels like others should find out on their own too. Which kinda makes sense. But going up 2-3 glove sizes....that's downright crazy!

So you did not really see this growth yourself? Found info on the net right or someone else who has not actually seen the growth told you right?

Randymar, I actually know that forearm and hand!!! I will not say his name for privacy reasons, but I'm friends with him and have seen his progress first hand. He lives about 1.5 hrs from me. And you are correct, no clue what he's doing, but it's working! Hands and wrists gaining girth in months. VERY STRANGE!!!

It's funny to see all of his posts on facebook. He's constantly updating his arm pictures. You can easily see the progress over the last few months. Literally TONS of people always hounding him to reveal his secrets, but he doesn't crack.

Is it only his hands that grew so fast in the last couple of months? Has the growth in forearms been over a couple years or this rapid growth in forearms in 2 or 3 months also?

    I'll chime in...

His hand growth has increased some recently, but he told me his hands went from a Med glove to barely fitting an XL glove (within 2 years.)
Is the past 3mths, i've noticed his wrist and forearm gain a little girth, but mostly have gotten ALOT ALOT ALOT stronger.

My reason for asking is that there is a form of kung fu training called iron palm.
It consists of slapping A bag filled with steel shot laying flat on a elevated surface, hitting with the palm and blade of your hand and the back of your hand. It is done 7 days a week with herbs. He has some open redness type sores on his knuckles and almost rash like symptoms on his hand which can be caused from those herbs. Some people's hands will thicken up fairly quick usually it takes around 3 months for the hand to hicken up and its only performed with one hand. But that thickness is partially swelling. It could be done with two but that is not typically the way it's done in Martial arts. It will not do anything for your forearm that's why I asked if it was more specific to the hands in a short period Of time. Other members on this site may I know if there is something that with cause growth with site injection. Supposedly growth hormone does not have any benefit to site inject and I don't think anyone here would want to experiment by injecting a fortune in their hand. The photo does look a little odd around the thumb and index finger area. Also I have to be upfront and say that photo of the hand looks a little photo shopped to me. I know there is a compound called esciciline. Not sure if I spelled that right and I'm on my phone so I won't google it just to get the correct spelling. But many years ago from someone I knew that used it, had pretty immediate size in the area injected. From what I understand it was a pre contest drug to help weak areas. Like I said the knuckles look like they're striking something.

    VERY INFORMATIVE!!!
Well, the pics i must say, aren't photoshopped, but i think a couple have an instgram filter. But I've practiced with him about 1mth ago....and he looks just like that in person. (BUT, it's more along the lines of right hand/wrist/forearm only) Left has good size too, but not nearly as advanced.

I need to do this iron palm shit lol. Hell, I'd even do esciline if it added strength and not just size. But that sounds more like synthol to me.

It would be easier to figure out if his hands/wrists were bigger OR stronger...but not both. I give him props...he's doing something right.

Ask him if you can get a bottle of water out of his fridge. If he jumps up and says no I'll get it, in a panic. Hes hiding something in there. LOL - Does his other hand have the redness and rash? His thumb looks like it has excessive bone growth. I dont know the sport, but when you practiced, does the hand feel hard and tight or swollen some? I have to say he's injecting something there and or along with external product.. I'm sure it will surface at some point.

Took him so long to find a way, yet he has only been "in the sport" for 1-2 years?? C'mon. If you believe that then I have a bridge I'd be willing to let go of for a great price.

This guy looks like his left arm has barely picked up a cup of coffee. Apparently the guy in picks is not the only one. But this guys looks like a blob with no vascularity. It just looks swollen. Apparently he is good in the sport

Supposedly nothing. The OP pics are of another arm wrestler. His are more vascular. HGH would be the most likely. But he is claiming he has a secret. It's a secret drug of some kind. The arm and especially hand are the only thing growing. Probably found some new type of drug.

Yea, I saw him compete on a live stream the other day. This guy has a genetic disorder, but it definitely helps in his armwrestling career. He's in the top 5 in the world in his weight class. There's a russian guy that has something similar with his left arm (Looks like a King cobra when forearm is flexed, and he's like 150lbs)

It's an interesting sport! I can see where a lot of guys bodies would get out of balance. Just out of curiosity, do a lot of guys develop arthritis issues later in life?

I would bet the mega million I won tonight that he used gear. HGH straight to the forearm.

IMO that makes sense... To a selfish asshole. He's lying. What's he afraid of, someone using his 'secret' to get big forearms and take away his title? Or, losing support because he admitted using anabolics?

if he really did find some magical secret, he should not only share that knowledge by writing it down but make a damned good amount of money selling it. If humanity took his position through history we'd still all be throwing rocks at each other from the flap of our mud huts.

His 'secret' is steroids and its not a secret. Someone should tell him.

I definitely think he's using juice.....but even if his secret is steroids, how can a hand, wrist , and forearm grow so fast? Those aren't areas with tons of muscle that grow fast. I've been in the sport a while, and know hundreds of armwrestlers new & old. I've seen nothing like this. Hell, I work out hand/wrist/forearms at least 3-4 times a week, and have seem minimal growth (after years of training.)

Maybe hgh at about 8-10 IU?

Oh yea, it's a sport that plays a toll later in life. I have some tendinitis already in my bracialis area. Lots of people have arthritis too

Arm wrestlers have a completely different forearm training program than bodybuilders. Only way to get forearms that badass is years of training.
