I've been doing this for a while now and it has carved me up. Im doing them one armed now, but the 3 variations I show on my youtube are awesome. Try them out.
Higher ring/feet closer to the ring is easier
lower ring/feet farther from the ring is harder
movement comes from the hips,not the arms
